3.2 Assembly

Please check the contents according to section 1.1 "Introduction" to assemble your Air Aluminum or Air Carbon as follows:
1. Unpack your scooter.
2. Take the handle bars out of the protective covers on the side.
3. Unfold the device following the photos in section 3.3 "Folding and unfolding".
4. Open the screws on the upper section of the steering head using the biggest hex wrench.
5. First, push the handlebar through the LCD Display with the acceleration lever attached, then pass it through the
steering head and finally through the mechanism with the brake lever attached. If you slightly loosen the screws on
the key pads, you can avoid scratches on the handle bar.
6. Attach all the components on the handlebar using the respective hex wrench. Please be careful not to leave any
scratches on the surface of your scooter.
7. You can now turn on the LCD display using the center push-button on the display.
