INFORMATION BANNERS

INFORMATION BANNER
When you change channel, an Information
banner appears briefly at the bottom of the
screen. You can adjust how long this banner
remains on the screen (see page 25)
To display this banner at any other time, press
the Info button. The Information banner
appears briefly, displaying the following:
• the number and name of the channel;
• the current time;
• the name of the current programme;
• the time the current programme begins
and ends;
• a bar which fills in as the programme
progresses;
• a smartcard symbol if a smartcard is
needed for this channel;
• a key symbol if the programme is
locked because it has the rating FSK16
(yellow key) or FSK18 (red key);
• symbols to show the options that are
available if you press the Opt button;
• symbols to show that you can press the
EPG button or the Info button for
further information.

NOW/NEXT BANNER
To display the Now/Next banner, press the
Info button while the information banner (see
left) is on the screen.
In addition to the time, date and channel name
at the top of the screen, the Now/Next banner
shows:
• the name and the start and finish times
of the current programme (on a green
background);
• the name and the start and finish times
of the programme showing next (on a
yellow background);
• information about the programme's
content. If the description is longer
than the space allows, use the
buttons to display all the information.
Use the buttons (or green and yellow
buttons) to switch between the information for
the current (now) and next programme.
To remove the Now/Next banner from the
screen, press the Exit button or press the Info
button again.
