9. Fehler und Behebung
Beim aktivieren der Maschine mit dem
Anlage-Ein Taster leuchtet zwar noch die
Anlage-Aktiv Lampe auf, aber alle oder ein
Teil der Aggregate läuft nicht.
- Ist der Netzanschluss in Ordnung ?
- Sind die Zuleitungskabel in einwandfreiem Zustand
und richtig verlegt ?
- Sind die Sicherungsautomaten im Schaltkasten
geschlossen ?
- Sind die Motorschutzschalter im Schaltkasten
geschlossen ?
Der Turbinenmotor läuft nicht an.
- Ist beim Transport der Maschine der Strahlkasten
voll Strahlmittel gelaufen und blockiert jetzt das
Schleuderrad ?
- Ist der Motorschutzschalter im Schaltkasten
geschlossen ?
Der Vorschubmotor läuft nicht an.
- Ist die Sicherung der Vorschubeinheit im
Schaltkasten geschlossen ?
- Sind beide Feinsicherungen auf der Steuerplatine
durchgängig ?
- Ist das Antriebsrad im ausgekuppelten Zustand frei
drehbar ?
Die Strahlleistung ist zu gering bei laufenden
Aggregaten
- Hat das Schleuderrad die richtige Drehrichtung ?
- Ist das Schleuderrad verschlissen ?
- Ist die Einlaufbuchse korrekt eingestellt ?
- Ist die Einlaufbuchse verschlissen ?
- Ist das Strahlmittelsieb im Strahlmittelbehälter
verstopft ?
- Ist das Strahlmittelventil verstopft ?
- Ist das Strahlmittel verschlissen ? (Kontrollieren Sie
die Korngröße)

strahlt kurzfristig und wirft
dann alles Strahlmittel wie einen Teppich
aus.
- Läuft das Schleuderrad im richtigen Drehsinn ?
- Ist das Schleuderrad verschlissen ?
- Ist die Einlaufbuchse richtig eingestellt ?
- Ist die Einlaufbuchse verschlissen ?
- Liegt die Gummiabdichtung um den Magnetrahmen

9. Troubleshooting
If, after activating the machine by pressing
„START" the run lamp is lit but all or part of
the motor is not running – check the
following:
- Is the power connection correct ?
- Are the cables in a good condition and properly
laid ?
- Are the fuses in the control panel closed ?
- Is the motor overload protection in the control panel
closed ?
The turbine motor is not working.
- Has the blast chamber filled up with shot and
blocked the blast wheel during transportation of the
machine ?
- Is the motor overload protection in the control panel
closed ?
The drive motor is not working.
- Is the fuse for the drive unit in the control panel
closed ?
- Are both (glass) fuses on the control circuit OK ?
- Does the drive wheel turn easily when not connected
to the drive motor ?
The blast performance is too low.
- Is the blast wheel turning in the right direction ?
- Has the blast wheel worn out ?
- Has the shot cage been correctly adjusted ?
- Has the shot cage worn out ?
- Is the sieve in the shot compartment blocked ?
- Is the shot valve blocked ?
- Is the shot worn out ? (Check the size of the balls)
MODUL 200
loses all the shot („carpeting effect").
- Is the blast wheel rotating in the correct direction ?
- Has the blast wheel worn out ?
- Has the shot cage been correctly adjusted ?
- Has the shot cage been worn out ?
- Do the rubber seals of the magnetic frame lie snugly
