3 .2 Items included

The bench mount is delivered with the following
components and fixing elements:
• 1× foot switch incl. cable
• 1× column
• 1× reel retainer with clamp ring
• 1× base plate
• 1× guide roller with bracket
• 1× tool mount
• 3× fixing screws (column)
• 2× fixing screws (guide roller with bracket)
• 3× fixing screws (tool mount)
• 1× cap nut

3 .3 Function

The AT2000 CPK bench mount kit makes it possible to
fasten the Autotool 2000 CPK tool in an upright position.
The upright position enables flexible and trouble-free
work with the Autotool 2000 CPK tool at the workplace.
The operator can feed the cable bundle into the tool and
trigger the tying procedure with the foot switch supplied,
without holding the tool in their hand and therefore
carrying the weight. This makes use of the tool more
effective for the operator.

4 Transport and storage

Only proper transport and proper storage help to
minimise possible material damage to the bench mount.
Observe the following basic principles regarding transport
and storage:
f Secure all moving components.
f Only use the original packaging supplied for transport
and storage.
f Store the bench mount in dry places that are not
exposed to spray water.
f Protect the bench mount from direct sunlight and
extreme heat.
f The electronic components (e.g. Autotool 2000CPK,
CPK power supply unit, and their cables) must be
packaged protected against impact and stored
separately from the bench mount.

5 Installation and initial operation

DANGER
Danger of lethal electric shock!
There is a risk of lethal injury when touching live
components.
f Only connect the tool to a properly installed standard
socket with earthed contacts.
f Observe the voltage and amperage requirements.
f Do not touch any of the live components.
CAUTION
Possible risk of crushing due to closing tongs!
When a tool is switched on, it can be accidentally
activated during installation work.
The tongs on the tool can cause crushing injuries when
they are closed.
f Only perform installation work when the power
supply unit is switched off.
