8 .2 .1 Important information
The bench mount must be regularly maintained to ensure
it is working safely.
8 .2 .2 General maintenance measures
The maintenance required for the tool and the power
supply unit is described in the tool's operating
instructions.

f Check the bench mount regularly to make sure it is
working properly.
f Check the suitability of the workplace.
f Check the fastened electrical cords for damage.
f Damaged electrical cords must be replaced
immediately by qualified maintenance personnel.
8 .3 Repair
WARNING
Severe injuries due to improperly performed
maintenance work!
Maintenance work not carried out correctly can affect the
safety of the bench mount and result in severe injuries.

9 Taking out of operation
DANGER
Danger of lethal electric shock!
There is a risk of lethal injury when touching live
components.
f Switch off the power supply unit before taking
out of operation
f Pull the power cable out of the socket.
Taking out of operation is used to decommission the
bench mount.

9 .1 Taking the bench mount kit out of operation
1 Disconnect the power supply unit.
2 Remove the cabling.
3 Remove the tool from the tool bracket.
4 Remove the cable tie reel.
5 Remove the bench mount from the base surface.
6 Label the bench mount with a suitable sign
("out of operation").
7 Dispose of or store the bench mount properly.

9 .2 Putting the bench mount kit back into
operation
1 Check the bench mount for completeness.
2 Check the bench mount works properly.
3 Remove the "out of operation" sign.
4 Install the bench mount at a suitable workplace.

5 Insert the tool.

6 Connect the tool.

7 Insert the cable tie reel.

10 Disposal
The operator is obliged to properly dispose of the
delivered bench mount and components when they are
no longer used. Disposal of the bench mount, individual
components, as well as operating and auxiliary materials
are sometimes subject to legal regulations.
The responsible local authorities can provide
precise information.
f Dispose of the packaging in compliance with the
applicable disposal and environmental regulations.
f Materials, production waste and operating materials
may only be delivered to authorised collection points.
f In case of uncertainty regarding disposal, contact the
manufacturer.
