Only suitably knowledgeable, qualified professional technicians may perform repairs on the machine.
Fault
The machine does not
start.
The grinding pattern is un
even.
The machine shuts down
independently.
Cause
The voltage supply has not been prop
erly connected.
The connecting cable is defective.
Faulty mains connection.
A safety switch is defective.
The tool is loose.
The pad, brush, or the grinding wheel
is damaged or worn.
The machine is overloaded.
The drive overload protection has trig
gered.
The extension cable's cross section is
too small.
Remedy
Connect the connecting cable (exten
sion cable) with a proper power socket.
Replace the connecting cable.
Use a different power socket if neces
sary.
Replace the safety switch.
Fasten the tool.

Replace the pad, brush, or the grinding
wheel.
