Guarantee and liability

Habegger grants a claim for free replacement and installation/deinstallation of parts that have become unusable as a result of
material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty period (guarantee period) is 2 years.
Guarantee and liability claims for personal and material damages are excluded if they can be traced back to one or more of the
following causes:

improper use of the pulley device;

improper operation and maintenance of the pulley device;

non-compliance with the warnings in the operating instructions pertaining to the operation and maintenance of
the pulley device;

unauthorized structural changes to the pulley device;

insufficient monitoring of machine parts subject to wear and tear;

improperly performed repairs or foreign objects in the pulley device;

catastrophes caused by foreign bodies and force majeure;

use of replacement parts not supplied by HABEGGER;

use of a lever pipe not intended for use with the manual rope pulley type
