16.4 Error message and parameter settings
16.4.1
Low temperature alarm
Temperature of glue pot has not yet reached the set temperature. Alarm and troubleshooting can
be viewed in the menu item Parameter setting error message.
16.4.2
Alarm of end-trimming
The purpose of limit switch No. 1 and sensor No. 2 is to protect the crosscut saw unit.
The contact distance from the sensor switch to the trigger should be 1 to 2 mm.
For troubleshooting follow these points:
1. make sure that the optimum pressures are set to the corresponding working cylinders.
2. check the function of sensor no. 2.
3. check the minimum distance of the following plate on the conveyor belt.
4. press the "Reset" button.

Low air-pressure alarm
Check the compressed air supply chain as indicated in the error description.

Emergency stop alarm
Check that the two emergency stop switches are unlocked and that the door is closed and the
switching contact is established (if necessary, the position of the switch must be adjusted to es-
