Fault
Unit is not ready for
operation
Wire feed is not working • Motor defective (master or slave)

WARNING
Risk of injury
Serious injuries caused by parts swirling around.
• When cleaning the wire guide with compressed air, wear suitable
protective clothing, in particular safety goggles.
2 Clean wire conduit from both sides with compressed air. Check for wear.
1 Oil all mobile parts and roller bearings with suitable lubricating oil.
1 Visual inspection for abrasion or damage to the gears.
NOTE
• If the measures described below are not successful, please consult your
dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as power supply, compressed air line.
Cause
• Control or component defective
• Motor control card fault: Fault
cannot be eliminated by pressing
RESET trigger.
• When the wire feed trigger is
pressed again, the motor control
card shows again a fault

Solution
• By skilled personnel
• Disconnect the system!
Replace the motor.
Press the RESET trigger!
Replace the feeder motor or motor
control card!
• Replace feeder motor or motor
control card!
• Wire fault in cable assembly or
master feeder!
