Please observe BAL.0089 CAT2 for mounting.
To mount the MF1/2 on the robot, you will need the following:
• Fastener, CAT safety cut-out or CAT2 HL.
The fastener is included in the scope of delivery. Any required screw is included
in the delivery of CAT.
NOTE
• Each time you change the wire, make sure that the beginning of the wire
is burr-free.
• Before connecting to the wire feeder, check whether the proper wire
guide (metal or plastic liner) in accordance with the wire diameter and
wire type has been inserted.
• For the equipment parts in the torch neck, make sure the correct contact
tip is being used according to the wire diameter and type of wire.
• In case of liquid-cooled torch versions, make sure the coolant recirculator
works properly.
