Advice for recycling your old
appliance
If the newly purchased appliance replaces an
older appliance, we advise you to keep into
account the following aspects:
• The old appliances are not valueless scrap.
Their discard while protecting the
environment allows the recovery of
important raw materials.
• You can recycle your old appliance by the
following steps:
- unplug the appliance from the mains;
- remove the supply cord (cut it );
- remove the locks on the door (if any) to
avoid the entrapment of children, while
playing, and endangering of their lives.
• The refrigerating appliances contain
insulating materials and refrigerants which
need a proper recycling.
Packing recycling
Attention!
Do not allow the children to play with the
packing or with parts of it. There is the risk of
suffocation with corrugated cardboard and
with plastic film.
To prevent the damage of the appliance
during transport, all the materials composing
its packing have been designed according to
the recycling requirements and to the
protection of the environment.
In order to preserve the environment, we
advise you to recycle the packing!

Transport instructions
We recommend that the transport of the
appliance is done only in vertical position.
The packing must be unimpaired during
transport. Before switching in, leave the
appliance stand at least 12 hours.
The transport of the appliance is allowed in
horisontal position according to the markings
on the packing. In this situation it is
recommended to leave the appliance stand 24
hours to allow the refrigerating circuit to settle.
Non-observance of these instructions can
result in the compressor failure and
invalidate your right to warranty.
