DIE ANWENDUNG

ACHTUNG
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Messstelle
trocken, sauber, frei von Schweiß und
Kosmetk ist.
1. Reinigen Sie die Oberfläche des
Gerätes vor und nach jedem Gebrauch
um Kreuzkontaminationen auszuschlie-
ßen. Siehe Abschnitt "Reinigung und
Desinfektion".
2. Nach der Reinigung warten Sie bitte 2
Minuten bis Sie mit der Messung
beginnen.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit der
ON/OFF-Taste ein.
2. Wenn alle Segmente auf der LCD-
Anzeige erscheinen ist der interne
Funktionstest abgeschlossen. Nun ist das
Gerät messbereit.
3. Platzieren Sie die Messsonde mit 2 cm
Abstand vor der Stirn zwischen den
Augenbrauen.
4. Drücken Sie die ON/OFF-Taste und
lesen Sie die Temperatur von der LCD-
Anzeige ab.
5. Ab einer gemessenen Temperatur von
37,5 °C ist ein Fieberalarm durch mehrere
Piep-Töne zu hören
6. Das Gerät schaltet nach ca. 10
Sekunden automatisch ab. Durch längeres
Drücken (ca. 5 Sekunden) der ON/OFF-
Taste können Sie das Gerät sofort
abschalten.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED
USE The thermometer is an electronic
device intended to measure the human
body temperature using the forehead as
measurement site. It is designed to absorb
the infrared from human body to detect
your temperature. It can be used with
adult or pediatric patients and it can be
used in household.
ABOUT BODY TEMPERATURE
A person´s normal body temperature can
range from 35,5°C to 37,8°C throughout
the day. We recommend taking your
temperature at different times during the
day when you are NOT sick. This will give
you a preliminary reference to know what
your normal temperature is and how it
fluctuated during a normal day. Then,
when you feel sick or discomfort, knowing
this will provide an index for a reliable
diagnosis of a fever.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The thermometer is contraindicated:
1. Place the probe in scarred tissue or
tissue compromised by skin disorders.
2. Patients in trauma or treat with certain
drug therapies.
3. Place the thermometer Probe on skin
exposed to direct sunlight, fireplace heat,
cold compress therapies, air conditioner
flow, etc.
