7.1 General device information (Device info)

The dialog displays the serial number and both the hardware and firmware
version of the gateway.

7.2 Ethernet interface (Network interface)

There are two dialogs for the Ethernet interface: a dialog that only displays the
parameters and a dialog, in which it is possible to change the parameters.

All the settings apart from the MAC address can be modified in the web
browser. The host name is displayed as the name of the gateway in the
network, the MAC address is a unique identifier for the interface and
comprises 6 character groups of two characters each (numbers and letters,
dependent on the presentation of the address as a sequence of hexadecimal
numbers).
Important
Make a note of the IP address that is set. If you have forgotten the address, it
may be necessary to use the HBM IPscan&config program. The program is a
component of the AED_Panel32 program, see Section 8, page 23.
7.3 Activating the connected AED/FIT stations (Address
configuration)
Use the Address configuration dialog to activate the required stations. Click
the box in front of the particular address to activate or deactivate it. You
cannot influence the actual address of an AED/FIT station here. The
addresses defined here are monitored by a timer. Should an AED/FIT station
