Communication via Modbus/TCP

The gateway gives you direct access to the AED/FIT stations on the CAN Bus
via Modbus/TCP. You can access both the cyclic (PDO) and acyclic data
(SDO) of the AED/FIT stations, and you can configure the gateway via
Modbus/TCP.

Important
It is only possible to configure the CC‐Link interface via the web interface or
the Modbus/TCP interface.
It is necessary to restart the gateway to activate all the changes.
A fixed memory area of 10 bytes, over which measured values are
transmitted, is allocated for the cyclic data of each station address, for
communication with the connected AED/FIT stations.
The Modbus function "Encapsulated Interface Transport" is used for acyclic
access to all the parameters of the connected stations.
