When the boiling starts again, taste the pasta, it will be al dente,
i.e. soft but not too soft. It is up to you to choose between this
cooking or slightly longer cooking, but be careful not to cook it for
too long to avoid it becoming soggy.
After cooking, avoid rinsing the pasta because it will lose its firmness
and will not absorb sauce very well.
DISMANTLING AND UPKEEP
DISMANTLING OF THE UNIT
Always unplug the unit and let it cool down before dismantling it.

Lower the safety bar to release the cover.

Remove the cover, the blade and the opening/closing door of the

Remove the kneading vat

Use the wrench to unscrew the locking nut and remove the

extrusion end-piece and the spiral.

UPKEEP
WARNING:
Never put the body of the unit or the plug into water and
never put them in a dishwasher.
Never use aggressive or abrasive fabrics or products on the
plastic parts in order to preserve the plastic and its shine.

Clean it with a moist sponge. Dry thoroughly.

Use the brush provided and soak these elements in warm water
with a little dishwashing liquid added.
Rinse and dry each element.
