1. Insert the mains plug into a
properly installed and easily
accessible earthed socket.
2. Place the kettle onto the base
with the contact pin (7).
The kettle switches to standby
mode and the display shows
the actual water temperature.
3. To start the heating process,
press the
button.
At this time, the desired water
temperature can be set by re-
peatedly pressing the
button. The water temperature
can be set from 40°C to 100°C.
The display shows the
selected water temperature
and the
button flashes
while setting.
The
button will stop flashing
after approx. 5 seconds and
will light up permanently. The
water begins to heat up.
Once the set temperature has
been reached, the kettle auto-
matically switches to standby
mode and the
off.

The heating process
does not start until the
actual water temperature is
below the set water tempera-
ture. When the set water tem-
perature is exceeded, the ket-
tle automatically switches to
standby mode.
4. To stop the heating process,
press the
button. The kettle
switches to standby mode.
The kettle will enter standby
mode after being switched off,
and the display will show the
actual water temperature until
the mains plug is pulled from
the socket.
