Receiver To Receiver Data Copy (Receiver Copy Function) - Hama FTA Benutzerhandbuch

It is easy to do data copy by connecting the Master Receiver & Slave Receiver by using a
suitable 9 pins Male to Male RS232 NULL Cable, with the following configuration:
Master STB
9 pins Male
RxD (Pin3)
TxD (Pin2)
GND (Pin5)
NOTE :
Master Receiver means the data is "provided" from and Slave Receiver means "receive"
the data.
Master Receiver Setup
Then press "CH UP" key on the Front Panel while connect the AC Power plug to the Master
Receiver until the TV screen shows the "Software Upload through PC/URAT" OSD
screen that means the Master Receiver is now ready for "transmit" the data inside the
memory to the Slave Receiver.
Slave Receiver Setup
Then press "TV/Radio" key on the Front Panel while connect the AC Power plug to the
Slave Receiver until the TV screen shows the "Software Update through PC/URAT" OSD
screen that means the Receiver is now ready for "receiving" the data from the Master
Receiver.
