TIME SETTING

f LOCAL TIME
The Local Time is adjusted only when the
Mode is on Manual mode. Adjust the time
by using the numeric buttons.
f MODE
The Auto mode automatically updates the
time setting by adding the GMT received
from the satellite and the Time Offset value
you have inserted. The Auto mode is recom-
mended.
f GMT
GMT is referred to the standard time of Greenwich. This cannot be changed.
f TIME OFFSET
The current time of the local area can be inserted. That means, insert the time difference
of the local time zone from the GMT.
E. g. : If the local area is HK, insert "8:00". The time is adjusted by 15 minutes at a time.

PARENTAL CONTROL

f CENSORSHIP
The Censorship menu blocks programs
according to each specific setting.
"No Block", access to everyone.
"4~18(age), Inaccessible for viewers within
each minimum age limit.
"Total Block", access to no one.
f ACCESS CONTROL
Control to access to the Main Menu. Set to
ON means controlling the access to Menu
with the password system. The default is
"0000" by the factory.
f CHANGE PASSWORD
A pop up box will appear. Enter the new Password by using the numeric buttons.

OSD TRANSPARENCY

Adjust the OSD transparency level of all kinds
of Menus. The available levels are ranging
from 10% to 90%.

DISPLAY TIME

Adjusts the time-off of the Info Box.
Set the period of time the Info Box is
displayed on screen.
The adjustable time is to be 3, 5, 8, 10 or 15
seconds.
