■ In case of frequent use, grinding dust and metal residues might settle on the
grinding stones on the inside.
Clean the grinding stones as follows:
–
Hold one finger against the wide end of the black protective caps of
sharpening bases
the same time. Lift off the protective caps of sharpening bases
simultaneously.

Clean the now visible grinding stones using a brush or similar.

Fit the two black protective caps
