• Put the pad (equipped with its cover) at the end of the earth rods and
screw in the 2 clamping screws. It is recommended to place the pad
with the clamping screws pointing down to the bottom of the gun to
keep the positioning markings clearly visible.
Note: The use of the gas protective pad and earth rods is not necessary
when welding a pull ring.
USE OF THE RIVET EXTRACTION SET (ref : 064584 and clamp ref : 043787)
• Completely remove the stop screw from the dowel pin holder and
insert the dowel into the gas protection nozzle.
• Place the earth rods (supplied with the product) and adjust their
positions.
• Mount and screw the gas protection barrel on the pad.
• Mount and screw the pad thus equipped onto the rods.
• Connect the positive gun cable (red marking) to the texas
negative (-) of the generator.
• Connect the ground clamp to the positive (+) texas of the generator.
