The GT-H device can be interlinked to the
'standby' device and work with the associated
EntelliGuard Breaker. The GT-H can be
configured to receive a trip input from the
standby device and/or provide a signal to trip
the 'standby' device located upstream.
2.2.4 ZONE SELECT INTERLOCK (ZSI)
The GT-H type Trip Unit can optionally be
equipped with a system that allows full
selectivity independent of the chosen breaker
settings. (ZSI)
Zone-selective interlocking coordinates breakers
so that the downstream breaker is allowed the
first opportunity to clear a fault or overload
event. ZSI interlocks & coordinates reactions to a
fault on the short-time (ST), instantaneous (I),
and ground faults (GF) devices.
The Zone Select Interlock (ZSI) function operates
with a group of series-connected breakers and
can only be used when a +24VDC auxiliary
power supply is available.
In cases when more than 4 outgoing breakers
need to be coordinated with one or more mains
or incoming breakers the use of a
interconnection device or multiplier is strongly
recommended. The GE TIM device (Catalogue
number --TIM1--) can be used for these kind of

_Der GT-H kann mit dem 'Standby'-Schutz
gekoppelt werden und mit dem verbundenen
EntelliGuard Schalter zusammenarbeiten. Der
GT-H kann so konfiguriert werden, dass ein
Auslösungsbefehl vom 'Standby'-Schutz eingeht
und / oder ein Signal zur Auslösung des
'Standby'-Gerätes, Eingangsseitig angeordnet,
gesendet wird.
2.2.4 ZONENSELEKTIVITÄT (ZSI)
Die Typ GT-H Auslöseeinheit kann optional mit
einem System ausgerüstet werden, dass die
volle Selektivität, unabhängig von der gewählten
Leistungsschalter-Einstellung (ZSI) erlaubt.
Die Zonenselektivität (ZSI) koordiniert
Leistungsschalter so, dass dem
nachgeschalteten Leistungsschalter die erste
Gelegenheit zur Klärung einer Störung oder
eines Überlastereignisses gegeben wird. ZSI
verriegelt und koordiniert Reaktionen auf eine
Störung aus Kurzzeit- (ST), Schnellauslösung- (I),
und Erdschlussfehler- (GF) Schutzarten.
Die Zonenselektivität (ZSI)-Funktion arbeitet mit
einer Gruppe von in Reihe geschalteten
Leistungsschaltern und kann nur verwendet
werden, wenn eine +24 VDC Hilfs-
Stromversorgung zur Verfügung steht.
In Fällen, in denen mehr als 4 Abgangs-
Leistungsschalter koordiniert werden müssen
mit einem oder mehreren Netz- oder Einspeise-
Leistungsschaltern, wird die Verwendung eines
GFsum & GFct in Earth applications

nadprądowym GT-H obie opcje, zarówno GFsum
jak i GFCt, powinny być włączone ('ON').
We wszystkich przypadkach użycia opcji GFct
konieczny jest przekładnik prądowy
międzypozycyjny CT zabudowany w wyłączniku
oraz dostarczany z przekładnikiem prądowym
na uziemieniu.
Wyzwalacz GT-H może być połączony z
urządzeniem 'rezerwowym' i współpracować z
wyłącznikiem EntelliGuard. Wyzwalacz GT-H
można skonfigurować tak, aby odbierał sygnał
wyzwalający z urządzenia rezerwowego i/lub
wysyłał sygnał wyzwalający do urządzenia
znajdującego się po stronie zasilania.
2.2.4 STREFOWE STEROWANIE
SELEKTYWNOŚCIĄ (ZSI)
Wyzwalacz GT-H może być opcjonalnie
wyposażony w funkcję sterowania
selektywnością (ZSI) pozwalającą uzyskać pełną
selektywność niezależnie od ustawień
wyłącznika.
Funkcja ta koordynuje pracę wyłączników w taki
sposób, że wyłącznik po stronie odbiorczej ma
przydzielone pierwszeństwo do wyłączenia
zwarcia lub przeciążenia. ZSI steruje i koordynuje
reagowaniem na zwarcia przez zabezpieczenia
zwarciowe krótkozwłoczne (ST), bezzwłoczne (I) i
ziemnozwarciowe (GF).
