Nach dem Einschalten bzw. Spannung anlegen
beschleunigt der Rotor bis zu einer Drehzahl
von ca. 2300 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Es muss
ein Staudruck von 2-5mbar in der Anschlussbox
herrschen. Nur bei Drehung und Sperrluft ist das
System dicht und schleudert den auftreffenden
Kühlschmierstoff weg. Die Sicht auf den Prozess
ist frei.
Berühren Sie die drehende Scheibe während der
Drehung nicht. Gefahr leichter Verletzungen.
Im Rotor befindet sich ein starker Magnet. Wenn
Sie eine medizinische Kreislaufunterstützung im-
plantiert
Ihr Implantat in der Funktion beeinflussen. Halten
Sie im Betrieb einen Abstand von 15 cm zwischen
dem Rotoclear und dem Implantat
ein.
Die Maschinen- Sicherheitsscheibe kann sich
beim Beschuss durch wegfliegende Teile nach
außen beulen. Befestigungsteile von Rotoclear
können sich dabei lösen und zu Verletzungen
führen. Halten Sie beim Betrieb einen Abstand
von mindestens 25 cm zur Maschinenscheibe ein.
Schalten Sie die Luftversorgung zu und schalten
Sie das Gerät ein.
Im Falle einer Überlast schaltet der Motor ab und
beschleunigt nach kurzer Zeit erneut auf die Be-
triebsdrehzahl.
Richten Sie den Kühlmittelstrahl nicht direkt auf
das Gerät, sondern auf die Werkzeugschneide.
Betreiben Sie Ihre Maschine nicht mit Rotoclear
ohne aufgesetzten Rotor. In das System eindrin-
gende Kühlschmierstoffe oder auftreffende Späne
können es beschädigen und zum Ausfall führen.
Dies hat einen Garantieverlust zur Folge.

Start-up, Operation
After having switched on, or, applied voltage,
respectively, the rotor accelerates up to a rotor
speed of 2300 RPM. The connecting box must
show a dynamic pressure of 2-5mbar. The
system must rotate and have sealing air pres-
sure to be tight and to expel the coolant out-
ward providing an unrestricted view of the
process.
Do not touch the rotating window while it is in
operating state. Risk of minor injuries.
A strong annular magnet is located in the ro-
tor. If you wear a pacemaker implant, the
magnetic fields may influence the function of
your implant. Maintain a minimum distance of
15 cm between Rotoclear and your pacemak-
er.
If the machine window will be hit by flying
parts it may buckling. Tighten elements of
Rotoclear could loose and cause physical
injury. During working process keep a minimal
distance of 25 cm to the machine window.
Switch on the air and power supply.
In case of overload, the motor will switch off
and will, after a short while, accelerate again
to operating speed.
Make sure that the coolant jet does not point
towards the unit directly, but towards the cut-
ting tool instead.
Do not operate your machine with Rotoclear
without the rotor placed on. Coolant lubricants
or shavings getting into the system can dam-
age it and lead to failures. This will void the
warranty.
