Accessory Function
Changes can be made to the CVs with the
MULTIMAUS
or with other DCC control devices.

Please refer to the pertinent instruction manual in
this regard
You can find out about a range of other possible
settings, which are probably very rarely needed,
relating to drive speed curve, load control setting or
noise synchronization from the detailed handbook.

Possible Settings in Motorola
Digital Operation
Before using the Sounddecoder in Motorola
operation the dip switches 1 and 2 at the back of
the Märklin
6021 base station must be set to
®
"ON". In order to ensure that this change-over is
effective, the base station must be reset (press the
"Stop" and "Go" keys simultaneously until the
display goes out and "99" appears briefly, then
press "Stop" separately and "Go" again). An addi-
tional direction arrow in the display indicates that
operation is currently in the Motorola
required here.
For the Intellibox the address used must also be
specified in the "Motorola
sound operation of the decoder.
The Registers correspondent with the CV's
For the preset factory values please see the
information sheet enclosed with the locomotive or
decoder.
For programming the Motorola
• the drive controller should be set to "0"
• remove all locomotives from the layout except
those you wish to program or place the loco-
motive to be programmed on the Intellibox pro-
gramming track (the addresses must be set to
the Motorola
programming takes place in accordance with the
Intellibox instructions for DCC decoders.
• Please observe the flashing of the lights during
programming.
