Before connecting the fittings, clean the water pipes thoroughly to remove dirt.
The enclosed safety valve (1) should be fitted for a water pressure of up to 0.5 MPa (5 bar) and a
pressure reduction valve (3) should also be fitted and adjusted accordingly for higher pressures.
Install the pressure reduction valve (3) away from the tank.
A shut off valve must not be fitted between the safety valve (1) and the inlet connection piece.
Install an outlet below the safety valve as expanded water may drip from the safety valve.
The safety valve (1) must always be open.
