Clean the fabric with lukewarm water and soap. Rinse with fresh
water and leave to dry. Never use bleach or other chemical
detergents. Periodically (approximately once a month) treat the
wheels and metal parts with Teflon or silicon spray to ensure the
pushchair continues to run smoothly.
The aluminum parts of your Joolz Day pushchair are anodized
to protect it from external influences such as corrosion.
Anodized aluminum parts are vulnerable to acidic cleaners or
grease, which can cause stains and discoloration of the
aluminum parts. We there for advise you to clean the aluminum
parts of your pushchair with warm water and a soft cloth.

Warranty

The 24-month warranty period commences on the day of
purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults, but not the
exchange or return of the product. The warranty is only valid if
you supply the following items to your retailer along with the
defective product:
1) a completed and correctly filledin the warranty card,
2) a copy of the receipt of purchase,
3) a detailed description of the defect.
If your retailer cannot assist you with your complaint, contact the
manufacturer. Any repairs do not extend the warranty period.

Please complete this card and submit it digitally on the website. Fill
in the frame number, which is located on
a transparent sticker on the thick tube between the boomerang
part of the Joolz Day.
