Creating separate pressure zones

To convert the valve system by separating it into additional
pressure zones, carry out the following steps.
Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
1. Remove the end plate and the required number of subbases
from the valve system following the instructions given in
Section "Disassembly" on page 94.
2. Insert blanking plugs (1) into the required channels as
illustrated in Fig. 15.
3. Reassemble the valve system following the instructions
given in Section "Assembly" on page 95.

Pilot air supply

When pilots are supplied internally:
– Port X must be closed.
– The pilot air supply will come from the subbase closest to
the end plate.
– The pressure in the selected supply channel in the
subbase must be within the values shown in section
