N.B:
If you want to boil a liquid (e.g. water), put a plastic
spoon in the cup.
It is possible that the liquid will boil without you
seeing any bubbles. When you remove the cup from
the oven, the liquid may start to boil violently and
splash out of the cup, with the risk of scalding.
When heating small quantities of food, such as a
single croissant or a sausage, place a glass of
water next to the food.
In this way you prevent the food from burning as a
result of too high an emission of power.
When heating a baby's bottle, before placing the
bottle in the microwave oven you must first remove
the teat.
Before you give the bottle to the child, first check
the temperature of the bottle by holding it against
the back of your hand.
Before heating a bottle of baby food, first remove
the top.
After heating, stir the contents well, and then taste
the food to check that it is not too hot. In this way,
you prevent your child from suffering internal burns.
Stay nearby when cooking food in inflammable
disposable containers made of plastic or paper.
If anything catches fire in the oven, or begins to
smoke, switch off the microwave oven and pull the
plug out of the socket. Keep the oven door closed.

before first use

Open the door and remove the packaging material.
Clean the inside of the oven and the accessories
with a damp cloth. Do not use an abrasive cleaner
or any strongly-smelling detergents.
Place the guide piece in the middle of the cooking
space. Place the glass base on the guide piece.
The microwave oven may not be used without guide
piece and glass base.
To remove the glass base, press your finger down
on the upper trim and lift up the opposite side.
Check that the microwave oven is working
correctly. Place a glass of water inside it. Switch
the microwave oven on for one minute at its highest
setting. The water should be hot at the end of this
time.
