4.1. Warranty and liability

The 'Terms of Delivery and Payment' of SARSTEDT AG & Co. KG always apply. These are printed
on the reverse side of the invoice.
Warranty and liability claims are excluded, if they are based on one or more of the following
causes:
• use of the device for other than the intended purpose.
• improper installation, commissioning, operation, or maintenance of the device.

safety or protective equipment.
• non-observance of the notes in this Instruction Manual regarding transport, storage,
installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, setting up or disposal.

• disaster situations caused by outside intervention and force majeure.
• incorrect repairs.

4.2. Shutdown/disposal

• Disposal of the device is to be carried out correctly by an authorised
