Seite 2 ® Gebrauchshinweis – SARSTEDT S-Monovette BSG Blutentnahmesystem Verwendungszweck ® Die S-Monovette BSG*, Kanüle und Adapter werden zusammen als System für die venöse Blutentnahme eingesetzt. Sie dienen der Entnahme, dem Transport und der Verarbeitung von venösem Blut für die in-vitro diagnostische Bestimmung der manuellen Blutsenkungsgeschwindigkeit. Die erhaltenen Messergebnisse entsprechen der Methode nach Westergren.
Seite 3 Lagerung Das Produkt ist bis zur Anwendung bei Raumtemperatur zu lagern. Einschränkungen Eine Lagerung sollte bei Raumtemperatur erfolgen. Die Bestimmung der BSG sollte dann innerhalb der ersten 4 Stunden nach der Blutentnahme erfolgen. Im Kühlschrank (4 °C) kann die Probe für eine längeren Zeitraum (maximal 24 Stunden) gelagert werden. Die Probe muss dann vor der Verwendung auf Raumtemperatur gebracht werden. Die Blutprobe ist vor der Messung der Blutsenkungsgeschwindigkeit durch sorgfältiges Schwenken (5x über Kopf) zu homogenisieren.
