IMPORTANT
• The screen to select the jobs to print may not be displayed depending on the
machine configuration and on the version or settings of the printer drivers or the
uniFLOW software. For more information, contact your local authorized Canon
dealer.
• If the screen shown below appears, press [Yes] to start printing. In this case, all
the print jobs sent by the user that logged in are printed.
Keeping Documents Unprinted Until Logging-In (Login and Document Release)

If a screen prompting you to select the
cost center appears, select the
appropriate cost center using [ ], [ ],
[Parent], or [Sub].
• You can search for the cost center
using the [Search] key.
• You can select the cost center from the
history using the [Display History] key.

Press [Log In].

Select the jobs you want to print. To print
all the jobs listed, press [All Print]. To
print the specific jobs, select the jobs and
press [Start Print]. (A check mark is
displayed next to the selected job.)
Printing starts.
• To view all the jobs listed, use [ ] or
[ ] as necessary.
• To update the job list, press [Update].
• To view the detailed information of the
job, select a job and press [Details].
• To delete jobs, select the jobs and
press [Erase].
NOTE
The total cost for the job(s) may be
displayed depending on the setting.
