Avvertenze generali relative alla sicurezza tecnica
Queste istruzioni per l'uso valgono per la macchina WPS 2000.
Leggere tutte le avvertenze di sicurezza e le istruzioni.
• La macchina va usata solo con tutti gli elementi consegnati e tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza.
• La macchina va utilizzata solo da personale qualificato
(specialisti qualificati in base alla norma DIN VDE 0105 o IEC 364 ed EN 60204-1).
• La macchina non va rivolta verso le persone.
• La leva di comando di sicurezza non va tolta, né manipolata.
• Far sì che l'area di lavoro sia pulita e ben illuminata.
• Non usare l'utensile in un ambiente con rischio d'esplosione o infiammabile.
• Tenere lontane le altre persone durante l'utilizzo dell'utensile.
• Indossare sempre gli occhiali di protezione. Le scintille, le schegge o gli utensili possono causare lesioni
agli occhi.
• Indossare sempre protezioni per le orecchie.
• Si consiglia di indossare i guanti.
• Non indossare abiti aderenti, né utilizzare l'utensile se si portano i capelli lunghi.
• Se necessario, utilizzare l'aspirazione delle polveri o un respiratore. La polvere e i vapori che si formano
durante i lavori possono essere pericolosi per la salute.
Messa in funzione
• Non avviare mai la macchina senza che l'utensile sia nel relativo supporto.
• Controllare l'aria compressa. La pressione non deve superare i 6 bar. Impiegare aria compressa oliata
(vedere la voce Qualità dell'aria nei dati della macchina).
Utensili
• Inserire l'utensile nel relativo supporto fino all'arresto e serrare la vite di fissaggio 5 con 2,5 - 3Nm.
Utilizzare solo gli utensili consigliati dal produttore.
Osservare le avvertenze del produttore dell'utensile.
Utilizzare solo utensili e dispositivi di serraggio il cui carico massimo consentito è uguale o superiore a
quello della macchina.
Dopo il montaggio controllare se tutti i componenti mobili esterni non urtino contro quelli fissi.
Controllare la coppia delle viti di fissaggio a intervalli regolari ed eventualmente riserrare.
Il peso dell'utensile non deve superare i 20g.
Il gambo dell'utensile deve essere più piccolo di max. 0,1mm rispetto alla dimensione nominale.
Non utilizzare utensili che vibrano.
Sostituzione del supporto utensile
Per togliere il salvamani, staccare le pos. 7 e 8 (fig.1)
Inserire il supporto utensile 6 nella biella fino all'arresto.
Serrare la vite di fissaggio 5 con 2,5Nm.

Work instructions
Sawing
• Before sawing work the support (1) must be attached and secured for safety reasons.
• To attach the support (1) detach (8), push in the support, and retighten the screw. To detach the
support (1) proceed in reverse order.
• The support (1) sets the cutting depth and eliminates vibrations on the workpiece. To adjust the
position of the support (1) you need only loosen the screw (8) by half a turn, set the distance you want
by hand, and retighten the screw.
• Apply the power tool only with a slight pressure for sawing.
• Use suitable lubricants on metal materials.
Filing, deburring, polishing, and lapping
• Configure the attachment, workpiece, stroke length, and stroke frequency as described.
• When deburring draw the file against the burr.
• Suitable lubricants can improve the performance considerably.
Adjusting the stroke frequency
• A pressure reducing valve upstream of the power tool can be used to reduce the stroke frequency by
reducing the pressure.
Preventive maintenance
• Check the guide (10) every day for wearing and if necessary replace this.
• Check daily that the piston travels smoothly.
• Always keep the power tool clean, and keep it in a dry place.
• Regular maintenance is indispensable if the power tool is to operate reliably.
• When the power tool is used at irregular intervals, its moving parts and the guide must be treated with a
resin-free oil: apply a number of oil drops inside the hose and let them run into the power tool.
Disposal / environmental compatibility
• The machine consists of materials that can be introduced to a recycling process.
Repairs
• Should the tool fail in spite of meticulous manufacturing and testing procedures, it should be repaired by
an authorised customer services office.

• Warranty claims in the event of damage / consequential damage become void when this damage is
incurred as a result of improper handling, improper use, failure to observe the maintenance regulations,
and/or handling by unauthorised persons.
• Complaints can be acknowledged only when the power tool is returned in its fully assembled state.
