Then, attach the rear stabilizer to the main frame (1) using two bolts (35),
two curved washers (36) and two nuts (34). Tighten the nuts using
multifunction key.
STEP 2 Assembly of steps
Knobs and other components are marked with "R" (right) and "L" (left)
letters to make their identification easy.
Pass the left step axle (20) through the threaded hole in the left step crank.
Then tighten the step axle counter clockwise to attach the step in place.
ATTENTION: turning the step axis clockwise may result in twisting and
tearing of the thread.
Tighten the step axle using multifunction key with the Phillips screwdriver,
included in the set.
Pass the right step axle (21) through the threaded hole in the right step
crank. Then tighten the step axle counter clockwise to attach the step in
place.
Tighten the step axle using multifunction key with the Phillips screwdriver,
included in the set.
STEP 3 Assembly of the handlebar column

of resistance adjustment cable (7) and (54), placing the end of the
resistance adjustment cable (7) in the metal opening of the cable hook (54).
The method of connecting both cables is shown in the figure.
Place the handlebar column (3) on the handlebar column base (1) and
attach it with four hexagonal screws M8x15 (24) and four convex washers
(37), using the Allen wrench S6.
STEP 4 Assembly of the saddle column
Using the multifunction key with Phillips screwdriver, remove the three flat
washers (38) with the three nylon nuts M8 (42) from the saddle bar base
(27). Pass the bolts being at the lower side of the saddle through the
openings in the upper part of the saddle column (25) and attach using the
three, earlier removed flat washers (38) and three nylon nuts (42). Screw
them in using the multifunction key with the Phillips screwdriver.
Place the saddle column (25) on the plastic sleeve in the saddle column
base on the main frame (1) and attach the saddle column adjustment knob
(8) in the opening in the saddle column base on the main frame (1)
clockwise. Tighten to fix the saddle column in selected position.
STEP 5 Assembly of the counter
Remove the two bolts M5 (63) from the counter (10). Connect the speed
sensor (59) and the heart rate sensor cables (53) to the counter. Hide all
the cables in the handlebar column. Using the multifunction key with the
Phillips screwdriver, attach the counter (10) on the handlebar column (3)
using the two earlier removed bolts M5 (63).
