Using FarSite

The following describes how to hold a
data conference using the supplied
application software, FarSite.
For details on FarSite, refer to the
USER'S GUIDE supplied with
FarSite package.

Turn on your PC and start
Windows.

Select [FarSite 3.0] from the Start
pop-up menu (for Windows 95)
or click on the FarSite icon (for
Windows 3.1).

Start a meeting with a remote
party.
For details on starting a meeting,
refer to the Rollabout Package
operating instructions.

Determine which terminal is used
for holding a meeting.

Select [Create] from [Conference]
menu at the inviter of the meeting
side.
The following screen appears.

Type a new name, such as a
remote party's name, in the
column of the [Conference Name]
and click on [OK].
The [Invite to Conference] dialog
box appears.

When using PCS-5100
Double click on "PCS-5100", then
click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-5100P
Double click on "PCS-5100P",
then click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-5000
Double click on "PCS-5000", then
click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-5000P
Double click on "PCS-5000P",
then click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-4100
Double click on "PCS-4100", then
click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-4100P
Double click on "PCS-4100P",
then click on the [Invite] button.
When using PCS-4000
Double click on "PCS-4000", then
click on the [Invite] button.
