Fault clearance
Check diaphragm for damage, replace diaphragm if
necessary
Remove actuator, check diaphragm mounting, replace if
necessary
Check motor and control unit, replace if necessary
Check mains supply and connection, see product label
Check torque and end positions, reset if necessary
Operate valve with operating pressure specified in data
sheet
Check motor and control unit, replace if necessary
Check mains supply and connection, see product label

Remove actuator, remove foreign matter, check diaphragm
and valve body for damage and replace if necessary
