Weekly inspection
Tighten any loose joints on the Rubberized Bar.
•
• Inspect wear on the insulation of the External Training Bars.
• Check warning and instruction labels are clean, properly affixed, and can be clearly read.
Monthly inspection
• Check the wear of the insulation in the Rubberized Bar and External Training Bars.
• Verify tension on pulleys or cables is tight, adjusting tension as necessary.
• Verify the stability of the System.
Quarterly inspection
• Tighten any loose beam bolts.
• Check the stability of the System-to-floor and, if applicable, System-to-ceiling mounting.
• Check the tightness of the beams.
• Tighten all joints connected to the External training bars.
• Verify surfaces are clean and free of debris.
Annual inspection
• Tighten any loose joints.
• Verify surfaces are clean and free of debris.
• Check the stability of the System-to-floor and, if applicable, System-to-ceiling mounting.
• Tighten all joints connected to the External training bars.
• Check the wear of the insulation in the Rubberized bar and External training bars.
