We recommend that you keep the following tools available to inspect and maintain the System:
• Complete combination box wrench set: 7 to 22 mm
• Complete hex key set: 1.5 to 10 mm
• Complete socket set: 7 to 22 mm
• Hex key wrench (ball end or T-handle): 4.75 mm
Hex nut driver: 6.35 mm

Adjustable wrench: 30.5 cm
•
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Rubber mallet
Inspecting Queenax System
The following are a series of checklists based on a schedule recommended by Precor for regular maintenance.
Important
Precor recommends that you replace worn and damaged fixed and mobile Training Apps and Training Optionals during routine
maintenance.
Daily inspection
• Inspect all fasteners.
Inspect wear on ropes.
•
• Clean and inspect the frame.
• Verify the stability of the System.
• Check for potential structural issues (e.g., bent overhead bars, loose joints, etc.).
• Inspect and replace any and all worn or damaged accessories.
• Ensure that all accessories are properly attached before use. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
• Verify surfaces are clean and free of debris.
