Rudder Installation
1. Connect the screws to the drive bracket on the drive
shaft and secure the propellers with the enclosed nut.
2. Attach the rudder horns to the rudder with two
screws.
3. Fasten the rudder to the rudder holder and fix it as
shown in the figure.
4. Connect the cooling pipe to the rudder.
5. Ensure that the trim tab is either vertical or parallel to the boat's rump. If it is necessary to
change the angle of the flap, loosen or tighten the screws.
Motor Maintainance
Before boating
- Install fully charged batteries into the boat and remote control.
- Connect the boat battery to the speed controller.
- Make sure the boat is connected to the transmitter. If this is not the case, attach the boot to
the transmitter by following the instructions.
- Check whether all connections on the boat are free to move and the engine mount is securely
connected to the fuselage.
- Perform a change of direction with the transmitter for test purposes.
- Adjust the steering sensitivity at the transmitter to your needs and wishes.
- Find a safe and open boat area.
- Plan a safe route based on water and wind conditions.
After boating
- Always turn off the receiver first before turning off the remote control to keep control of the
boat and maintain the binding of the transmitter.
- Remove the battery from the receiver and from the boat.
- Dry the boat completely inside and out, including the water cooling, the casing of the boat and
the speed regulator. Remove the hatches and cover the radiator boxes before stowing the boat.
- Repair existing wear and tear.
- Lubricate the drive shaft
- Prepare your emergency kit for the settings on the boat, including the water and wind
conditions.
Tip: The hooks and design strips can be soaked with water to dry them, squeeze them into a dry
garment.
