Safety Information
• This product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children! Children cannot judge the dangers involved
when handling electrical devices.
• Do not place any containers with liquids, e.g. glasses, buckets, vases or plants in the immediate proximity of the
product. Liquids could get into the device and impair its electrical safety. There also is a high risk of fire or of a
life-threatening electric shock. In such a case, switch off the mains socket to which the product is connected (e.g.
switch off automatic fuse) and unplug the power unit from the mains socket. Disconnect all cables from the device.
After that, the product must no longer be used; take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to any high temperatures, dripping or splashing water, strong vibrations or heavy me-
chanical stress.
• Do not place any open sources of fire, such as burning candles, on or directly next to the device.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about the mode of operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Do not operate the device unattended.
• Do not use the device in a tropical climate.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
• Comply with the safety and operating instructions of any other appliances that are connected to the device.
• On industrial sites, the accident prevention regulations of the association of the industrial workers' society for
electrical equipment and utilities must be followed.
