AUFFÜLLEN DES KORBES Die Menge der einzugebenden Speise hängt davon ab, wie sie gekocht werden soll. Beim Eintauchen in das Öl ist ein rasches Absinken der Öltemperatur zu vermeiden, die auf keinen Fall unter 160°C absinken sollte.
