ners immediately once full. Clean the filters of the
vacuum cleaner regularly and always insert the filters
completely into the vacuum cleaner.
– Only use vacuum hoses as intended forby WOLFF. Do
not manipulate the vacuum hose. When rocks or
chunks of stone/masonry are drawn into the vacuum
hose, cease work and clean the vacuum hose
immediately. Prevent the vacuum hose from being bent
or creased.
– Use the wall chaser only according to its intended use.
– Only use tools that are in perfect condition. Decrease
in work progress is noticeable whilst using worn tools.
– Observe the general requirements for construction
sites.
– Provide for good ventilation.
– Ensure that the working range/area is free of obstructi-
ons. For longer slots, the vacuum cleaner must be
guided along in time, without obstructions in the path.
– Wear hearing protection, protective goggles, dust mask
and gloves as required. As dust mask, use at least a
particle-filtering class FFP 2 half-mask.
– Use a suitable vacuum cleaner for cleaning the
workplace. Prevent settled dust from being swirled up
by sweeping.

4.0 Operation

4.1 Pre-selecting the cutting depth
► The cutting depth may only be pre-selected when the
machine is switched off.
1. Adjust the knurled nut (8) to the desired cutting
depth.
The cutting depth can be adjusted from 0 - 60 mm
2 Check the exit depth of the cutting blade with a folding
rule. The clearance from the base plate to the floor is
6mm. Due to tolerances, the cutting depth may deviate
2-3 mm.
4.2 Starting Operation
► Observe correct mains voltage! The voltage of the
power source must match the voltage specified on the
type plate of the machine. Power tools marked with
230 V can also be operated with 220 V.
► Before starting the machine, check if the cutting unit
has engaged in the upper position. Otherwise the saw
or cutting blades can touch the ground, resulting in
possible loss of control over the power tool when swit-
ching on.
4.2.1 Switching on
– Hold the locking button (7b) pressed down.
– Switch on the machine with one of the two levers (7a)
on the underside of the grip.
– Release the locking button (7b) again.
4.2.2 Switching off
– Release both levers (7a). The machine switches off.
4.2.3 Release
– Press the unlocking lever (14) with your foot.
4.2.4 Sawing and cutting
