Toasting sandwiches

NOTE
► The appliance is optimised for use with standard-sized sandwich bread.
You can also use smaller slices. If you use smaller slices, the filling may be
squeezed out of the sandwich, however.
1) Close the lid and lock it with the lid catch
2) Insert the plug into a mains socket.
3) Turn the browning control
the browning level, the darker and crisper your sandwiches. The red "Power"
control lamp
4) As soon as the appliance has heated up, the green "Ready" control lamp
lights up.
5) Open the lid and place two prepared sandwiches on the lower toasting
surface
6) Close the lid and lock it with the lid catch
If the sandwich is too thick for the lid catch
of filling.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► To avoid damaging the non-stick coating of the sandwich toaster, remove
your sandwiches only with a plastic or wooden spatula or some other
suitable, non-metallic implement.
7) The sandwiches are ready after about 3–5 minutes. The toasting duration
can vary depending on the specified degree of browning, type of filling and
personal tastes. Open the lid and take the sandwiches out.
8) If you do not wish to toast any additional sandwiches, turn the browning
control
power socket.
