Function switch

Use the function switch (13) to switch on the
oven and select the heating method. The
oven light will turn on.
Off
Rapid heating to preheat the oven.
Top and bottom heat, hot air and grill
are switched on.
Defrosting (see „Special defrosting
information" on page EN-21 for more
information)
Intensive grill with convection
Intensive grill (infrared grill with top
heat)
Infrared grill
Bottom heat
Top and bottom heat
Convection with top and bottom heat
Oven lighting
Optimised heating, energy-saving
cooking. The oven lighting remains
ECO
switched off.

while grilling!
Fatty foods can catch fi re.
Do not cover cakes or roasts with bak-
ing paper during cooking.
Do not allow food, baking parchment
and aluminium foil to come into con-
tact with the heating elements.
Do not store temperature-sensitive,
combustible or fl ammable objects in
the oven.
Do not leave the cooker unattended
while cooking food in oil and grease
or with alcohol. Food may ignite of its
own accord.

Do not force the temperature control-
ler past the fi nal position.
