Maintenance

Clean the urinal
Clean the urinal at the recommended
cleaning intervals with a mild, liquid cleaning
agent.
Frequency of use
Normal
Medium (e.g. restaurant) 2 x per day
Frequent (e.g. airport,
stadium)
Aggressive and scouring cleaning
agents can damage the surface of
the urinal ceramic. Never use
aggressive cleaning agents that
contain chlorine or are acidic,
abrasive or corrosive.
Geberit recommends the Geberit
AquaClean cleaning set (art. no.
242.547.00.1).

Replace the hybrid trap and
clean the trap adapter
For hygiene reasons, replace the hybrid trap
at the recommended intervals. If odours
start to accumulate or the urine discharge is
not sufficient, replace more frequently.

Remove the hybrid trap.

Remove the trap adapter.

Replace the hybrid trap (art. no.
116.066.00.1). Clean the trap adapter
with a mild, liquid cleaning agent and
rinse with water.

Install the trap adapter.

Install the hybrid trap.
Clean the drain screen
An optional drain screen is available to
protect the hybrid trap from dirt (art. no.
116.059.00.1). If dirt is present, clean the
drain screen with a mild, liquid cleaning
agent.
