Maintenance regulations

For Geberit WC flush controls with battery
operation, the batteries must be replaced
after approx. 2 years.

Replace the batteries

Prerequisite
– 2 replacement batteries (type 1.5 V
mono/D/LR20/AM-1, recommendation:
Varta Industrial or Panasonic
Powerline) are available.
– WC lid is closed.
Loosen any screws that may be
present on both sides of the actuator
plate.

Demount the actuator plate.

Disconnect the power supply cable
from the flush control.

Remove the battery compartment
cover.

Take the batteries out and dispose
of them appropriately.
