6. Storage
All components of CleanAIR® systems must be stored in rooms with temperatures between 0 °C and 40 °C with
relative air humidity between 20 % and 80 %. The storage time in closed containers is max. 2 years.

7. Warranty

Warranty for manufacturing defects is 12 months from the date of sale to the customer. A claim must be filed
with the sales organization and proof of sale (invoice or delivery note) must be submitted.
Warranty does not cover in particular defects caused by a late replacement of the filter or by using a filter
damaged by cleaning or blowing.

8. Possible Faults

If any fault occurs, e.g. a sudden decrease or increase in air supply, and the user it is first necessary to leave
the workplace and then check the following:
That the unit is assembled correctly.
The filter condition in the CA Pressure Conditioner.
That the air hose is not damaged.
That the noise silencer in the CA Pressure / CA Pressure Flow Master / CA Pressure For Mask is not clogged.
That the face seal on a protective hood or a mask is in good condition.
THE UNIT DOES NOT SUPPLY A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF AIR
Probable cause
Air hose or air duct blocked.
Air escapes through leakages.
The noise silencer is clogged.
The filter in the CA Conditioner is clogged.
THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL
Probable cause
Compressed air supply failure. Hose damage.
Recommendation
Check and remove the possible obstacle.
Check all sealing elements and connections; check
that the hose is not damaged and is without leaks.
Replace the noise silencer in the CA Pressure.
Replace the filter.
Recommendation
Check the compressed air source.
Check that connecting hoses are not damaged.
Send the unit for an authorized service.

10. Approval, Certification
Compressed air line systems CleanAIR® Pressure are tested and approved in complience with the requirements
of the European standard EN 14594:2005 for use either with CleanAIR® protective hoods or CleanAIR® protective
masks. All parts of the system used must be approved by the manufacturer and used in complience with the
instructions stated here in this user manual..
