 Choose necessary cooking program. The indication of chosen program will light. You will see preset time on the display. Using buttons ―+‖ and ―-‖ you could change preset time.
 In several seconds time countdown will start automatically.
 When ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay) time is over, cooking process will start. Indication of function ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay) will be switched off.
Note:
 Time of delay doesn't include cooking time.
 You could use ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay) function for all cooking programs except ―Жарка‖ (Fry) and ―Шеф‖ (Chef), functions ―Подогрев‖ (Keep warm) and ―Разогрев‖ (Warm up).
 It is not recommended to use start delay for perishable products (eggs, dairy products, meat, fish, cheese etc.).
 Please mind that after ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay) function, cooking time countdown will start only when the multicooker will reach working pressure and temperature.
KEEP WARM (ПОДОГРЕВ)
 This function is used for keeping cooked meal warm. Maximum time for keep warm is 24 hours.
 When no one cooking program is chosen, press button ―Подогрев/Отмена‖ (Keep warm/Cancel) to switch on Keep warm for already cooked meal.
 After most cooking programs finish Keep warm will start automatically. You will see indication ―bb‖ on the display. To switch off Keep warm please press ―Подогрев/Отмена‖ (Keep warm/Cancel).
Note:
 In spite of the fact that Keep warm function is available for 24 hours, don't leave cooked food for a long time. That may cause meal spoilage.
 Keep warm (Подогрев) is not available in program ―Жарка‖ (Fry).
WARM UP (РАЗОГРЕВ)
This function is used to warm up cooked meal even if you just have taken it from refrigerator.
 Place ingredients into the pot.
 Close the lid and place pressure limiting valve into position ―ЗАКРЫТО‖ (Closed).
 Plug in the appliance.
 Press button ―Разогрев‖ (Warm up). Preset time is 1 minute. Time is not adjustable here.
 Function will start working in several seconds.
 When Warm up is over, function Keep warm (Подогрев) will start automatically. You could switch it off with button ―Подогрев/Отмена‖ (Keep warm/Cancel).
 When cooking is over, unplug the multicooker and place pressure limiting valve into position ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (Open).
Note: Program ―Шеф‖ (Chef) is not available in this function.
PROGRAM CANCEL
To cancel selected program or settings press button ―Подогрев/Отмена‖ (Keep warm/Cancel).

EXTRA FEATURES

FONDUE
To cook cheese or chocolate fondue use function «Подогрев» (Keep warm). Place all ingredients into the pot. Volume should be no more than 1/3 of pot capacity. Keep the lid open. Press button
«Подогрев/Отмена» and cooking process will start. As melting process is going in the pot, please mind to stir thoroughly. When you get required consistency, press the button «Подогрев/Отмена» and
cooking process will stop. Fondue thickens when cool down. So, you could start process again if necessary.
COTTAGE CHEESE
Please use program «Шеф» (Chef) to make cottage cheese from kefir. Program works with pressure (pressure limiting valve should be closed). Pour kefir into the pot. Close and block the lid. Set pressure limit
valve into position «ЗАКРЫТО» (Closed) and plug the appliance in. Press the button «Шеф» (Chef). Preset time will be shown on the display. Set time 9 minutes. Cook till the end of program. Open the
pressure limiting valve and open the lid.
PASTEURIZATION
Pasteurization is liquids heating process up to 60°C for 60 minutes. Pasteurization is used for food disinfection and for extension of storage period. Products nutritional value, taste and useful properties don't
change.
