One of the main features of multicooker MARTA MT-1963 is chance to choose ideal pressure for any dish: high (60-70 kPa), normal (50-60 kPa) or low (35-50 kPa).
High pressure is used for cooking time decreasing. Using high pressure helps to save products useful properties and get meal doneness at the same time. High pressure is used for strong broth, tough meat
cooking and for cooking vegetables which need long thermal treatment.
Normal pressure is ideal for many-ingredients dishes. It is good for dishes where different products need different cooking time. Normal pressure helps to save products shape, vitamins, minerals and
nutrients. This pressure is used for cooking meat soups, ragout, meat and vegetables stew.
Low pressure is ideal for healthy diet cooking. It saves taste, useful properties, vitamins and minerals. Cooking with low pressure allows you making meal without salt and with low oil quantity.
Pressure selection function is available in all cooking programs except ―Fry‖, ―Slow stew‖ and ―Chef‖. Pressure selection allows you adapting any recipe for cooking with pressure cooker.
KEEP WARM (TEMPERATURE MAINTAINING FOR COOKED MEAL)
Our multicooker has ―Keep warm‖ function which starts automatically after most programs finish and keeps cooked meal warm up to 24 hours.
