• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all
parts of body away from openings.
• Always use ON/OFF button to switch
the vacuum cleaner off, only then un-
plug from socket.
• Take special care while cleaning stair
landings.
• Do not use to collect highly flammable
liquids, such as petrol, solvents, do not
use near such liquids.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to pick
up water or other liquids, burning and
smoking cigarettes, matches, smolder-
ing ash, fine dust, for example from
plaster, concrete, flour or cinders and
sharp and cutting objects - it can lead
to crucial damages of the electric mo-
tor. Take into account that such cases
are not liable to warranty.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner, if the
following accessories are not installed:
- Textile or paper dust-collecting box
- Inlet or HEPA filter;
• When coiling the cord keep it with a
hand not to allow the plug hit the floor
surface.

PRECAUTIONS
If during vacuum-cleaning the suction
force sharply decreased, switch off the
vacuum cleaner immediately and check
the extension pipe and flexible hose with
respect to blockage. Switch off the vac-
uum cleaner and unplug it, remove the
blockage and then continue cleaning.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner near
heated sources, near ashtrays and in
places where flammable liquids are
stored.
• Insert the plug in the socket only with
dry hands.
• Before cleaning take away all sharp ob-

jects from the floor in order not to dam-
age the dust-collecting box.
• While extracting the plug from the sock-
et hold it by the plug, do not pull the net
cable.
ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM CLEAN-
ER
Fully unpack the vacuum cleaner and
check whether there are any damages.
Any manufacturing defect or damage due
to transportation are covered by VITEK
warranty.
Before switching on make sure that the
voltage of the vacuum cleaner corre-
sponds to the net voltage.
Always unplug the vacuum cleaner and
pull the plug out of the socket while
changing attachments and while preven-
tive measures.
1. Attaching and removal of the flex-
ible hose (Fig. 1)
Insert flexible hose tip (4) into air intake
(16) until clicking. To remove flexible
hose press clamp (5) and disconnect the
hose.
2. Attaching of the extension pipe and
attachments
- Attach extension pipe (2) to flex-
ible hose handle (3) (Fig. 2). Extend
the bottom of the extension pipe to a
needed length, pressing first the clamp
button. (Fig. 3)
- Choose a necessary attachment: floor
and carpet brush (1), slit-type attach-
ment (20), attachment for furniture
upholstery (21), small brush (22) and
connect it to the extension pipe.
