2. General information

The Diesel dispensing pump VISION is only to be used for the delivery of fuel and Diesel
oil with a flash point above 55 C out of overhead tanks.
The temperature of the flow liquid is not allowed to fall below or exceed
-10 to + 40 C. Operating the dispensing pump without filter may cause
damage to important parts of the dispensing pump !
2.3 Description
The dispensing pump VISION is a self-priming pump. However,
permanent operation without liquid may cause damage of the pump vanes!
- The VISION is an electrically operated dispensing pump for fuel and Diesel
oil with a flash point above 55 C.

3. Installation instructions

1. Before fitting check all parts for any packaging material residue.
2. Screw in fuel hose with external thread 1" into the outlet on the left of the
housing. Screw the other end of the fuel hose into the rotary hose joint of the fuel
nozzle.
3. The suction side must be fitted with a firmly seated foot filter.
4. Care is to be taken that the pre-mounted return hose (when equipped) is inserted
into the container opening with the suction hose (siphon protection).
5. The connections are to be checked for leaks after the installation.

4. Operation

4.1 Commissioning and subsequent start-up Extended dry running (> 1 min) is to be
avoided in principle since otherwise pump vane damage can occur.
1. Make voltage connection via main plug.
2. Hold the fuel nozzle in a tank, in the return line of the container or in a
collecting vessel. Open fuel nozzle at fuel lever until bubble-free delivery takes place.
3. Hang the fuel nozzle in the holder. The motor switches off.
