8 Safety regulations

The next components can be never manipulated with or eliminated.
They must always be kept in good working condition.
• The timer always resets from the moment the door of the washing machine is opened. Because

9 Maintenance and periodic checks

Only those maintenance operations named in this paragraph (general maintenance) are to be carried out
by the user. All other maintenance must be carried out by a qualified maintenance person.
• Clean regularly the gun cleaner
Clean or replace the paint-stop the filter

Clean the working surface

• Clean air - and smoke drawing slide (chimney on the inside)
Clean the surly grip and remove crusts and rests painting.

• Clean the basin
• Check if level of the solvent in the can is not too high to prevent flood. For this reason use no
larger can or cans which can contain more than 20 litres of solvent.
• Check if the hoses are not damaged, bent or worn out and if they hang well in the can (cans).
Check if the number of beats of the pump is 40-50 per minute.

Check if drain hose always hangs down and with its end NOT hanging in the solvent.
•
• Clean and rinse the bottom of the relief can when the used solvent is drawn off.
Check that the screws, which hold the membrane pumps to the holders, are fastened.
